~Sweet Libertine Mineral Cosmetics Eye Shadow Review!~

Hey everyone!

Here is my review of the Sweet Libertine Mineral Eye Shadows!

Sweet Libertine mineral eye shadows are vibrant with color and have fun, witty names. If you are like me, then the names of products are very important to you! I know that I am way more likely to purchase a product that has a name that catches my eye.

The colors that Sarah sent to me are absolutely gorgeous, and very pigmented. My absolute favorite one is called Café Au Lait, and I have been wearing it almost every day. I wear Café Au Lait as a lid color with Smokey Joe in the outer corner and crease.

The textures of the eye shadows are very silky and smooth, and blend effortlessly as well as enhance one another. In addition, they have a beautiful sheen to them that last all day. This gives your eyes a sparkle without creasing and little to no fallout. Just remember, to give a good tap to your makeup brush (or finger if you are like me, and in a hurry)! You can apply a light wash of color, or build up the eye shadow for a more dramatic look, because you never know when you might meet a really cute guy, so it’s important to always look great!

Sweet Libertine mineral eye shadows are smaller than your average mineral eye shadow containers, but I find this to be a plus. The smaller containers make for easy storage in my makeup bag, and I know that I can actually finish them!

Unfortunately, I have found that larger eye shadow containers can end up being around for years; until they are used up or worst yet, thrown away due to caking, or just plain out of date colors.

Pros:
~Beautiful colors
~Easy to apply
~Little to no fall out
~Smaller jar size
~Silky, smooth texture
~Does not crease

Cons (there is only one!):
~Large shifter holes (which can lead to powder spilling over and being messy)

From left to right the colors are: Smokey Joe (a beautiful purple, grey color with silver glitter), Cafe Au Lait (a gorgeous deep copper color), and Endor (an amazing rich emerald green color).

From left to right the colors are: Tan Line (a beautiful brown/copper color with gold flecks), Manhattan Project (a gorgeous mint/mossy green color), Seven Below (an amazing ice blue with a silver sheen), Satin Sheets (a rich, vibrant purple with a gold tint), and Forbidden Fruit (an elegant gold fairy dust color) .

Overall, I rate these eye shadows at 5 out of 5 sugarcubes! I love these eye shadows, they are high quality and absolutely gorgeous! They will always be an essential in my makeup bag!

Note: These eye shadows were sent to me by Sweet Libertine, so that I could try them out and review them on my blog. I am not associated with the company, nor are they paying me to review their products. As always, my reviews and opinions are 100% my own!
