1. How many nail polishes do you have?

Currently 18 polishes, I honestly didn’t think I owned so many!

2. What is your favorite brand of nail polish?

I haven’t tried all the brands out there, but my favorite so far is Essie!

3. Do you like crackle polish or do you hate it?

I think if done right, a crackle polish can have a neat effect on nails.

4. What was your first nail polish brand?

Hmm… I think that would have to be Sinful Colors.

5. If you are going to have a nail polish line, what are you going to name it?

6. What nail polish colors do not compliment you?

I don’t own any, but I think really dark/black polishes would not look good on me.

Pastels and brights.

Hey everyone!

Water for Elephants, the compelling love story that hit the big screen in April, is now available on DVD and Blue-ray. To celebrate the release, Avon teamed up with Celebrity Makeup Artist, Robin Fredrikz, who worked on Reese Witherspoon’s look for the lead role of Marlena. Using Avon favorites, Fredrikz recreated the timeless day and night time looks as seen in the film.

For both looks, Frederikz accentuated the eyes using shadows in warm and romantic hues, then lined eyes with black liner, and finished with multiple coats of lush black mascara to give the appearance of false lashes, as this was a key part of the look for Reese’s character. The daytime look was given a natural peachy lip whereas the night time lip was finished with a red gloss.

The styler features 100% ceramic plates. Ceramic radiates a different type of heat called far–infrared heat. Far–infrared heat is much gentler on the hair, preserving moisture in the hair shaft and protecting the hair cuticle from damage. Ceramic is also the ideal heat conductor and maintains even temperature.

The result is faster and more effective styling but without the damage of conventional heat styling tools. Curly Style

Insert a 2 inch section of hair between the plates. Gently squeeze handle together and glide styler to the ends; then while hair is still between the plates, wind hair around the plates. Hold a moment and release. The hair will bounce into a curl.

Flip Style

Insert a 2 inch section of hair between the plates, then squeeze the handle gently and glide slowly beginning at the roots. When you reach the section that you would like to flip out, simply flip out the styler.
