Hey everyone!
I always receive requests from my family to make this delicious and easy cucumber dip. So, I thought since all of you are like my family, I would share this recipe with you!
Ingredients:
~One English Cucumber
~1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream
~Half of a Lemon
~Three Garlic Cloves
~Salt
~Pepper
Method:
Gather all of your ingredients together, so that everything you need is right there in from of you.
Go ahead and prep everything by peeling the cucumber and garlic cloves and deseeding the lemon wedges.
Finely grate the cucumber into a bowl, and squeeze out all the moisture with clean paper towels. Make sure the cucumber is well dried, or your dip will become thin and runny.
Once all of the moisture is squeezed from the grated cucumber, finely grate in your three cloves of garlic.
Add the sour cream, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Place in a new bowl, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours. I recommend using this dip on the same day you make it.
Sugarsheen Philosophy:
Cooking is fun, so enjoy it!
XoXo,
Whitney
Note: I purchased all of these ingredients myself. I am not associated with any brand or company shown above, I am just sharing this recipe with you lovely readers!
