~Milani Cosmetics 3D Glitzy Glamour Gloss Review!~

Hey everyone!

This is a review on the Milani Cosmetics’ 3D Glitzy Glamour Gloss.

Here is the products description found on the Milani Cosmetics’ website: New soft and brilliant Glitzy formula filled with super shiny polymers and the next generation of pearls to create the illusion of 3D depth for fuller, sexier, looking lips.

This lip gloss is available in 7 spectacular shades.

When I first opened this lip gloss, I was stunned by the vibrant color and glitter.

This lip gloss is non-sticky and full of glamour! Even with all of the glitter in the gloss, it is not gritty! I use this gloss by itself, or with any lipstick; it’s also great to blend with other glosses as well. I find that the gloss will last up to 2-3 hours, as long as I do not eat or drink.

There is a delicious vanilla cream smell to the gloss; it reminds me of biting into a scrumptious vanilla cream cycle bar, and this makes me very happy!

The gloss has a brush applicator, which I find helps to apply it in a smooth and neat manner. I am able to get gloss just on my lips and not anywhere else!

The packaging of the gloss itself is gorgeous! I love the clear bottle and gold detailing! Pulling out this gloss will definitely get you noticed!

Pros:
~Non-sticky
~Delicious vanilla smell
~Beautiful color
~Beautiful packaging
~Brush applicator

Cons (Only One!):
~Does not last as long as other glosses

Overall, I rate this gloss at 4.75 out of 5 sugarcubes. This is an amazing gloss to always have on hand for those extra special nights, when you want to feel like a star!

~Rimmel London - Moisture Renew Lip Color Review!~

Hey everyone!

This is a review on the Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lip Color SPF 18.

Here is a bit of information from the press release: This moisture-infused lip essential reduces lip dryness by up to 65% for smoother lips and better color. Rimmel London’s Moisture Renew Lip Color was developed with SPF 18 and a cutting edge Self Adapting Moisture Complex that features Hylaronic Acid, Collagen and Vitamins A, C and E to nourish lips, leaving them with a smoother surface for better color and wear. The creamy, moisturizing shades come richly wrapped in an elegant metallic purple case. The lip color is available in 24 shades.

When I first used these lipsticks, I was amazed at how smooth they glided on. They have a creamy consistency, and do not settle into the lines of my lips. I also love the fact that they have SPF 18! This lets me look beautiful, while adding sun protection to my lips!

The colors are very pigmented and moisturizing. My lips feel smooth and soft while wearing the lipsticks. They will last up to 3 hours without the need for a touchup, as long as I do not eat or drink.

The only problem I have is that there is a slight powder aroma to the lipsticks.

The metallic purple packaging is eye-catching and absolutely gorgeous! The lipstick cases are extremely durable and do not scratch easily.

From Top to Bottom:
~Latino
~Iced Coffee
~Rose Passion

These lipsticks retail for $6.79.

Pros:
~Great pigmentation
~Smooth and creamy texture
~Moisturizes lips
~SPF 18
~High quality packaging
~Affordable prices

Cons:
~Powdery aroma
~Only last for 3 hours without eating or drinking

~FusionBeauty - LipFusion - Micro Collagen Lip Plump Review!~

Hey everyone!

This is a review on the LipFusion Micro Collagen Lip Plump.

Here is a bit of information about the product off of the FusionBeauty website. The next generation of lip plumpers has arrived. LipFusion is moisturizing treatment gloss infused with revolutionary technology to plump lips instantly – no kidding.

How it works: Tiny, dehydrated, marine collagen micro spheres are instantly absorbed by the lips, and seek out the body's natural moisture. As soon as the spheres become re-hydrated, they plump and hold onto the moisture they've collected, creating a mild "swelling" of the lip tissue. The result is fuller, smoother, perfectly plumped lips in seconds. Results can last for up to 48 hours.

The first thing I noticed about these lip plumper/glosses were their extremely long and flexible wand applicators. These factors made it a little challanging for me when I attempted to apply them to my lips.

The texture of the lip plumper/glosses were non-sticky. However, my lips felt as though they were heavy with a coating. I found that these lip plumper/glosses lasted for a few hours before needing a touch up.

There was no painful side effect to the lip plumping glosses. Within a few minutes after applying, I had a slight tingling sensation that quickly disappeared. I did not notice a large difference in the plumpness of my lips like I have with other FusionBeauty products.

These lip plumper/glosses had a scrumptious tangerine blossom aroma!

The shade Crave was a beautiful peachy/pink color with a golden shimmer. I found that this shade was perfect on its own, or placed on top of a matching lip color.

The Clear gloss was great to use on its own for that subtle glossy effect, or used as a lip primer before applying lip color. I did have a problem using this lip plumping gloss on top of a lip color, because I found that the lipstick would stain the wand. This may not affect some people, but it slightly bothered me.

I loved the packaging of these lip plumper/glosses; they were sleek and modern looking. Also, if you were ever in a pinch and needed a mirror, the caps could act as make-shift mirrors!

Pros:
~Non-sticky
~Great color
~Fantastic smell
~Soft applicator
~Sleek and modern packaging

Cons:
~It is pricey
~Wand is longer/more flexible
~Can wear off quickly
~Heavy coating

Overall, I rate these lip plumping glosses at 2 out of 5 sugarcubes. I believe that you can get better lip plumping by some of FusionBeauty’s other products for a cheaper price.

Note: I was sent the clear lip plumping gloss by FusionBeauty to try out and review on my blog. I won the lip plumping gloss in the shade Crave on FusionBeauty’s Facebook page. ~FusionBeauty - LashFusion XL Mascara Review!~

Hey everyone!

This is a review on the LashFusion XL Mascara – Micro-technology Instant Lash Volumizer.

A bit of information from the Press Release: FusionBeauty’s LashFusion XL Micro-technology Instant Lash Volumizer is the future of mascara. The nutrient-rich mascara with patented technology borrowed from the haircare world works to thicken, strengthen and condition lashes instantly and over time.

LashFusion XL is formulated with an innovative encapsulation technology to deliver a highly-effective complex of reparative ingredients and nutrients to each lash. The capisphere delivery system found in volumizing shampoos, allows microscopic spheres, comprised of fatty acids, avocado oil, wheat flower lipids and keratin protein, to dissolve into the hair shaft, thickening strengthing, and conditioning every strand. The capispheres remain bound to the hair shaft – even after cleansing – and continue to deliver nutrients after the color is gone.

When I first used this mascara, I was surprised at how large and thick the brush was. I find that the size of the brush actually helps me grab and coat each lash quickly.

The formulation of the product itself is quite wet, and does take a few seconds to dry. So if you blink too soon, be prepared to have a few spots of mascara underneath your eyes. I received the color Noir/Black, which is a very intense black. I believe it has darkened my lashes temporarily (which I find is good for me, because I do not need to apply mascara for a couple of days!).

The mascara does not flake off, but I have found that it will smear if you wash your face later in the day. It is also very difficult to remove, and will require a bit of time to get all of it off.

The LashFusion XL Mascara has volumized and enhanced my lashes dramatically; I can see a huge difference in the thickness and length! This mascara has truly conditioned my lashes, and they feel feathery soft!

The lash volumizer mascara does have a lacquer/chemical smell, but once applied the odor disappears.

This mascara retails at $24.00.

Pros:
~Intense color
~Lasts all day
~Nourishes eye lashes
~Large Brush

Cons:
~A bit pricey
~Can be difficult to take off

Overall, I rate this mascara at 3.5 out of 5 sugarcubes! I love the fact that it nourishes my eye lashes, and has made them thicker and longer.

~LipFusion Infatuation Review!~

Hey everyone!

This is a review of the LipFusion Infatuation. This product is a liquid shine multi-action Lip Fattener!

This bit of information is from the press release: The formulation features new, revolutionary Amplifat technology that promotes and stores lips’ own natural fatty acids on contact for never-before achievable natural long term plumping. Launched at the end of September 2009, Infatuation utilizes Amplifat in combination with the classic LipFusion technology which results in a multi-action formula that plumps, fattens, defines, smoothes and firms lips instantly and over time.

In clinical trials, Infatuation’s Amplifat technology was proven to increase the volume of lips within 28 days of daily application. Infatuation’s other active ingredients also provide immediate results including plumper, firmer and smoother lips with less wrinkles and fine lines.

The Liquid Shine Multi-Action Lip Fatteners that I received have a lovely aroma of tangerine blossoms. The formulation of the lipstick/ gloss/ fattener is non-sticky and last for hours. In fact, as soon as I applied a coating to my lips, they transformed into remarkably vibrant glossy plump lips! Wow! My lips made me feel absolutely beautiful, desirable, and kissable. A triple threat to any man! Now, I just have to fine one!

The Liquid Shine Multi-Action Lip Fatteners appear to have tiny micro beads that seem to exfoliate your lips while you wear them. Some of the colors appear to have larger beads than others. For instants, the Sugar Rush Fattener appears to have larger beads than the other two. However, these products have truly changed the appearance of my lips! They appear more youthful with added fullness and moisture.

I really love the packaging of these products as well. Their precision brush applicators really do work! The tiny brushes allowed for even coverage all over my lips. As you know girls, your lips are one area that you definitely do not want to color outside the lines! The Liquid Shine Multi-Action Lip Fatteners are small enough to slide into any size purse or pocket, which allows us girls to always look our best, no matter where!

From top to bottom:
~Angelic
~Sugar Rush
~Pucker Up

The Liquid Shine Multi-Action Lip Fatteners retail for $29, but when compared to purchasing a separate lip stick, gloss, and plumper, the cost is unbeatable! FusionBeauty truly delivers on their promise of fuller and healthier looking lips. In addition, the plumping action on the lips did not hurt, I only felt an occasional slight tingling sensation that disappeared after a minute or so, but left my lips invigorated!

The Liquid Shine Multi-action Lip Fatteners have really done wonders for me. My lips make me feel more confident and sexy.

Before
Angelic
Pucker Up
Sugar Rush
Pros:
~Non-sticky
~Beautiful colors
~Last for hours
~All in one liquid lipstick/gloss/fattener
~Fantastic smell
~Precision brush applicator
~Plumping of the lips does not hurt

Cons:
~Gritting feeling(However, I found this to be a plus as well, since the products seem to exfoliate my lips!)

Overall, I rate these liquid shine multi-action lip fatteners at 5 out of 5 sugarcubes! These products will remain in my makeup bag for a very long time!

Yes, I actually watched this movie, and loved every minute of it! Let's face it girls, there's a little bit of Barbie, in all of us! This movie is great for girls of all ages to enjoy together!

Believe it or not, there's a underwater mall scene in the movie, where the stores are named: Seaphora, Bloomingtail's, and Fred Seagull!

Enjoy the music video!

~Green With Envy - Eye Look!~

Hey everyone!

This is the eye look I wore for today!

I call it "Green with Envy!"

This look is inspired by St. Patrick's Day, and Spring Time!

I used this old green eye shadow quad (I do not know the name of it!) and my new Lash Fusion XL Mascara!

All I simply did was place the Medium Green all over my lid, then the Light Green in the inner corner, and finally the Dark Green in the outer corner. Blend the colors lightly together to avoid any harsh lines.

Top it off with the white as a highlight under the brow, and a quick light coat of mascara!

Now, you have a quick and simple, yet gorgeous eye look!

Let me know what you think of it!

XoXo,
Whitney

Note: The mascara was provided to me by Fusion Beauty in order to test out and review. The eye shadow is so old I do not know where I purchased it from! I am not associated with any company listed above, nor am I being paid to post this. As always, my reviews and opinions are 100% my own!
