How to Create the Speckeled Eyeliner Look by Illamasqua

Hey everyone!



How to get the look:
 
~Step 1: Apply Precision Ink in Abyss in a strong, solid black line across the lid. To create a fluid line, start halfway across the lid and work outwards. Then come back to the inner corner of the eye and join. Make the liner a little bit thicker than your normal, everyday liner.
 
~Step 2: Apply Precision Ink in Scribe, dotting and slowing building applications as you go, fading out at the outer edges.
 
~Step 3: To finish the look and create added definition, apply two coats of Blacker than Black Mascara in Raven.

Lolë's Complimentary Yellow Yoga Session in NYC!‏
