How-to Wear the Blackest Black Eye Makeup: Smoky Eye Liner

Hey everyone!

Sephora's Pro Artist Sara Biria shows you how to get the Blackest Black smokey eye.

~Step 1: Sweep a neutral eyeshadow over the eyelids to brighten the eye area.
~Step 2: Using the Givenchy Magic Kajal Eye Pencil, draw a line along the lashline starting from the center, working your way towards the outer corner of the lids. Apply the liner on the lower lashline as well. TIP: If you preferred a thinner line, sweep an angled brush on top of the eye pencil and then apply.
~Step 3: Keeping your eyes open, blend the liner with the Sephora Collection Pro Smudge Brush #11 to keep the definition of the liner.
~Step 4: To prolong and set the eyeliner, press Urban Decay's Blackout, a matte black shadow, along the lash lines.
~Step 5: To finish the look, curl the lashes and brush on 2-3 coats of Givenchy Noir Couture Mascara.

XoXo,
Whitney

Love the look of that Givenchy mascara, the baubled wands look so odd but effective aha!
